Returns

Returns may be accepted on a case by case basis within 14 days of receipt.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. if your return is accepted, you will be resposible for mailing your item back to us. items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. refund will go back to the original form of payment minus the shipping cost. you are more than welcome to contact us for any return question at [email protected]

Damages and Issues 

please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have recieved the incorrect product, so we can assess the issue and make it right.
